Terms of Service

Welcome. By creating an account, purchasing a service, or otherwise using annette.coach (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Annette White, doing business as a holistic health coach. Contact: hello@annette.coach.

2. Not medical advice

Everything on this site — articles, coaching sessions, community discussions, guides, meal plans, and any other content — is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice, and it's not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider.

Always consult your physician or another qualified provider before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, supplements, medications, or health regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or heard here.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at hello@annette.coach if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard; access continues through the end of your paid period.

Consultation credits are non-refundable once purchased but can be used at any time (subject to scheduling availability). All payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.

5. Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you have a billing issue, email hello@annette.coach and we'll do our best to resolve it fairly.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others or resell access
• Copy, redistribute, or republish content without written permission
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
• Post medical claims, promote products, or spam the community
• Use the Service for anything illegal

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — writing, images, recipes, coaching materials — is owned by Annette White (or licensed) and protected by copyright. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own health journey. That's it.

8. Community content

When you post in the community, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and moderate it within the Service. You're responsible for what you post.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee specific health outcomes, uninterrupted access, or that the Service will meet your particular needs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annette White is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
