Private community · Women only

A private communityfor women.

I built this community for the women I coach — and for the ones who aren't ready for one-on-one work yet. Warm, quiet, coach-led, and genuinely different from anywhere else you've been online.

What this actually is

The wellness community I wish I'd had.

Not another course you won't finish. Not another Facebook group full of comparison and shame. Not another newsletter piling up in your inbox. Not another 30-day reset.

A small, warm room of women who care about actually flourishing — thinking out loud together, met with real answers, and held by a coach who's genuinely in it with them.

What's inside

What's actually inside

Not fifty features. Six that matter, kept intimate as the community grows.

A private, women-only feed

Ask, share, and read what other women are noticing about their lives. Slow, considered, non-algorithmic — a space that stays intimate as it grows.

Monthly deep-dive themes

One meaning practice, one values or self-trust exercise, one habit-design experiment per month. Doable. Compounding. Never overwhelming.

Live monthly coaching call

A group session with Annette. Bring your question, hear how a certified integrative coach actually thinks through it. Recorded for the vault.

A growing resource library

Guides, journal prompts, values worksheets, positive-psychology practices, seasonal reflections — organized, searchable, updated regularly.

Annette in the room

She actually shows up. Reads the threads, responds to questions, writes the weekly coach's note. This isn't outsourced to a community manager.

No algorithm, no ads, no strangers

A closed space, vetted membership, no feed manipulation. What you see is what other women wrote — and what your coach responded with.

What the feed looks like

The tone is different here.

No comparison culture. No supplement pitches. No advice from strangers who don't know your context. Just women — and a coach who reads what they write.

  • Chronological feed — you don't miss what you follow
  • Threaded conversations that actually build
  • A pinned coach's note every week
  • Search across every past conversation

This month's theme drops tomorrow — a values audit. If you've been feeling adrift or like your days don't quite fit you anymore, this one is going to land. Come with an open notebook.

Anyone else find that saying no to the “small” asks is the hardest? I've been practicing this week and it's wildly uncomfortable — but the space it's creating is real. Would love to hear how others got started with this.

Yesterday

Sharing the small shift this week: the “three-good-things” practice from last month's theme. Something about it is slowly rewiring how I close out my day. Grateful for this group.

A typical week

What a typical week looks like

A gentle weekly cadence — not a firehose, not a ghost town.

Monday

Monthly theme opens

A new focus for the month — values, meaning, a self-trust practice, or a habit worth building.

Wednesday

Coach's note

Annette answers a question the community raised. Grounded, evidence-based, warm.

Friday

New resource

A recipe, a guide, a tracking template, a seasonal practice — added to the library.

Sunday

Reflection thread

Members share the small shift they tested that week. Quiet, real, non-performative.

This month inside

What we’re working on this month.

Every month has one focus — one theme, one practice, one conversation we’re all in together.

A Values Audit

For women who've been going through the motions and want to reconnect with what actually matters to them. A month of quiet reflection, real research from the flourishing literature, and honest community conversation.

This week's practice

A 20-minute values-clarifying journal exercise — three variants for three energy levels.

The read

A coach's primer on the positive-psychology research behind values-based living.

Community thread

"Name one small choice you made this week that felt aligned." Members share, coach responds.

Live call

Group session on values-in-action and how to actually live from them. Recorded for the vault.

Members' voices

What members are saying.

“I've been in a lot of wellness communities. This is the first one that doesn't make me feel behind. Annette actually shows up. The women here are like the friend group I wish I had ten years ago.”

Member since spring

“The monthly theme structure is what I needed. I always fall off with 'wellness content' — but a single focus for the month, one thing to notice, is doable. I feel like I'm actually building something inside myself for the first time.”

JL

Jenna L.

Member since winter

“I do 1:1 sessions with Annette monthly. The community is where I live between them. Someone in the group asked exactly what I was too embarrassed to ask my doctor. Two women had already been through it.”

Common questions

Questions I get a lot.

What if I don't have time to be online much?
This isn't Facebook. There's no algorithm, no unread badges, no pressure to keep up. Most members drop in a few times a week, read what they want, respond when they want. The monthly rhythm is designed for real lives.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From your account dashboard, one click. Access continues to the end of your billing period. No calls, no exit surveys.
Is Annette actually in the community, or is it staff-moderated?
It's Annette. She reads the threads, responds to questions, writes the weekly coach's note, and leads the monthly live call. That's a hard limit on how big it can get — and it's a feature, not a bug.
Do I have to share anything? Can I just read?
Read-only is entirely welcome. Many members quietly read for months before they post. There's no performance requirement.
What if I'm in a specific season — big transition, hard year, feeling adrift?
Good — that's exactly who's already here. Women in the middle of pivots, women who've lost the thread, women rebuilding after a hard chapter. Each month's theme meets whatever season you're in, and the community search means you can find every past conversation on your topic in seconds.
What's the difference between membership and 1:1 coaching?
Coaching is one-on-one, personalized to your body and goals, and paid per session or per package. Membership is a group space with monthly themes, live calls, and community — all for a fraction of a coaching session per month. Most 1:1 clients also join the membership so they have somewhere to live between sessions.
What if it turns out not to be the right fit?
Cancel any time in your first month for a full refund — email Annette, no questions asked. After that, cancel from your dashboard whenever.
Is membership tax-deductible or HSA/FSA eligible?
It varies by plan and jurisdiction. Health coaching is increasingly recognized by HSA/FSA programs, and the community is coach-led — I'm happy to provide a receipt for submission. Check with your specific plan.

If it feels right

I’d love for you
to join us.

A small community of women doing this work together — with me in the room. It’s the kind of place I’ve been quietly building for years, and I’d be so glad to have you in it.
