Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information we collect on annette.coach, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you use the Service, we collect:

• Account info — email, name, and (optionally) profile details you provide.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a customer ID and subscription status; card details never touch our servers.
• Content you create — community posts, comments, and messages you send.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, device and browser info, IP address (used for security and to improve the Service).
• Communications — emails and messages you send us.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain your account and services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, security alerts)
• Send the newsletter (if you opted in — unsubscribe any time)
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Improve the Service and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share only with the third-party services that make the Service work:

• Supabase — authentication and database (your account data)
• Stripe — payments and subscription management
• Vercel — hosting
• Hostinger / SMTP provider — sending emails

We may also share information if required by law (subpoena, court order, etc.) or to protect the safety of our users.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We don't use advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, we'll update this policy and use privacy-respecting tools.

5. Your rights

You can:

• Access or update your account info from your profile page
• Cancel your subscription any time
• Delete your account — email us and we'll remove your personal data (some records may be retained for legal/accounting purposes)
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link at the bottom of any newsletter
• Request a copy of your data

6. Data retention

We keep your account data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect your data.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

9. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the site. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
